Based upon the state of the tasks, a different type of review will take place:

Planning

When the task is in the Planning state, we are preparing it to make sure we an efficiently execute it.

1. Does the client understand what they are looking for?

2. Do we understand what the client is looking for?

3. Has this been documented?

4. Has this been reviewed with the client?

In Progress

When the task is in the In Progress state, it is actively being worked on and we want to cover the following questions:

1. Are there any blockers?

2. Are there any open issues?

3. Are there any open risks?

4. What are the technical challenges you face on this today?

5. What can we do better to plan this work?

6. Have our verification plans been completed?

Verification

1. Have the verification steps been ran and completed?

2. What if any corrections are outstanding?
