Task Scope

Not all tasks are created equal, nor should they be treated the same

Some tasks literally may take 30 seconds to complete such as fixing a spelling error on a page. Others may extend over a couple of weeks. For tasks that take only take 30 seconds to complete we don’t want to introduce a process that takes 10 times longer then to complete than actual task. On the other hand a task that one person thinks should take 30 seconds to complete may take 2-3 hours if the proper information is not available or it is poorly documented.
