Task Status

A task is considered active when it’s not in the Backlog or Completed status.

1. Backlog - list of upcoming work to be planned, scheduled and completed.

2. Planning - task is being prepared to be started.

3. Planned - task has been planned and ready for execution.

4. In Progress - task is currently being worked on.

5. Work Completed - work for the task has been completed and pending verification.

6. Verification - work is being verified and ensured that the expected outcomes are achieved.

7. Pending publish - work has been completed, verified and is ready to be rolled out.

8. Completed - work has been rolled out. At this point the task is not considered active.
