Bio

Mr. McDaniel describes himself as a “laid-back go-getter who will bird-dog a problem until it’s solved”.

Originally hailing from the Seattle area, Kelvin moved to Tallahassee where he received his MBA from the illustrious School of Business & Industry at Florida A&M University. He discovered his love for engineering one night while monitoring a computer lab on campus. Upon graduating, rather than take the corporate route – and much to the chagrin of his parents – he entered the workforce at a small, boutique firm that focused on multicultural marketing.

Kelvin has worked in a variety of roles, but mostly he’s been a Consultant Developer. He’s quick to ask questions and – when invited – share his opinion. A firm believer in the concept of “we’ll all get there, together”, he does what he can to make sure his entire team is successful.

Kelvin shares his home with his beautiful, beloved wife and her feline fur baby. An avid Xboxer, if you see him online he’s probably playing Destiny 2.
